2. Understanding Your Needs
After reviewing the proposal, get further into your budgetary and design requirements. You may also choose to pay our professionals for realistic 3D visuals.
3. Engage with Inquisitif Studio
Upon confirmation to engage with us, pay 15% to finalize your design and viola- Time to start building your desired home!
4. Commencement of Works
Time to get into details and choose your preferred materials and finishes, where you will pay 40% to commence works. Don’t worry, our designers will give you professional advice along the way!
5. Getting Technical
An ergonomically designed home is key to one’s well-being. Our designers will draft out detailed drawings with measurements for your understanding, after which you will pay 40% upon approval.
6. Welcome Home
Once all works are complete, walk the home together with us, and pay the remaining 5% upon handover. Enjoy your dream home!
